Terrazzo Masters polished concrete services provides a beautiful alternative for your flooring and surface design. We apply our experience and specialty equipment to your concrete surface through three stages:

Grinding and Surface Prep: This process removes the top surface of the floor and levels out undulations, preparing the floor for fine polishing and sealing. Efficient dust control keeps the process very clean. The equipment used on industrial projects is usually 3-phase 480v, so an adequate power source will be required or generators are available.

Polished Concrete Staining and Design: Once the floor has been ground off, but before sealing has taken place, coloring stains can be used to create patterns in the concrete surface. Designs in the form of templates can be used in conjunction with the stains, making it possible to reproduce the look of other floor finishes or adding some creativity to the surface (logos, images, symbols, etc.).

Polishing and Sealing: Lastly, fine-grinding your concrete will generate a shine, and sealing will, in most cases, prevent the absorption of contaminants. Polished concrete is extremely low maintenance, and presents a relatively inexpensive
way of upgrading a plain concrete slab to a bright, attractive terrazzo-like finish.
