Bootleg Distillery

The new Bootleg Spirits production facility is in a former coffee roasting plant with the ceiling height to accommodate the copper still. Owners plan to produce a craft vodka for national and international distribution.  The existing concrete in the office and tasting areas had been patched multiple times over the past decades and was not in very good shape. Our task was to turn this patchwork quilt of concrete into a suitable polished surface.
