St. Martin Manor
The facility was originally built as a convent in 1872. The addition in 1922 included the areas where the Terrazzo work was restored. The work required strict adherence to historic detailing according to FEMA and the State Office of Historic Preservation. Sourcing the original marble aggregates was impossible, so custom blends were created in our shop to duplicate the colors as closely as possible.
